Shipping

Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom.

With all shipping methods we may charge more if your order is over 25kg in weight. We will notifiy you before despatch and you will have the option to proceed or cancel the order.

Glass Items

Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that glass items are packed as securely as possible once the package leaves our shop we have no control of the handling process, and whilst our couriers take care to ensure safe transit breakages can occur. We regret that any glass items that are broken during transit can not be replaced or refunded and are therefore ordered at your own risk. 

Returns

If you have any problems with your order please call us between 9.00 am and 18:00 Monday to Friday or use our contact form and we will be happy to assist you.

Out of Stock

Occasionally items go out of stock between you placing your order and us shipping it. If this happens we will notify you of the delay and offer an alternative, or you may choose to have a full refund.

Unwanted Orders

After you have placed your order if you decide that you no longer want the goods  you may return them, in their original condition, at your expense and within 14 days of the goods being delivered. You must inform us first so that we can issue you with a Return Authorisation number (RMA) and a returns address. We can accept no liability for loss or damage during return transit. Please note that confirmation of posting is no guarantee that we have received the goods - always send returns via a signed for delivery service.

Providing the goods are unopened and not damaged we will issue a refund for the items only (not postage)

Order Problems

If there is any problem with your order, either damaged items, missing items or incorrect quantities you must tell us with 48 hours of receiving the order. If the items are faulty they will be replaced free of charge or, if you prefer, a full refund - providing you contact us to organise collection within 10 days of you receiving the goods.
