The Vacu-vin Wine Saver is a vacuum pump, used to extract the air from an opened bottle of wine, at the same time seals it with a re-usable rubber stopper.  A helpful  'click' will be heard to let you know when you have reached the most optimum vacuum level. This vacuum helps to slow down the oxidation process, therefore ensuring you can enjoy your wine for longer.
