How it Works The air temperature in various situations in which you may
place your fermenting vessel can range from 5'C to 24'C (41'F to 75'F). It is
necessary to move the position of the heating belt to be higher, or lower, to
enable you to maintain the temperature you require i.e. between 20'C and 24'C
(68'F to 75'F) for beer.
