This 50/50 mix of spray malt and brewing sugar can be added to any kit which requires sugar. This will improve the quality of any beer kit, it increases the richness and body of the beer. It also gives improves head formation and retention. Should be used as a direct replacement for household sugar. Can also be used for priming.
